Reservation
Guests are contacted soon after reservations are made in order to discuss:
- Arrival time
- Transportation booking (Additional charge)
- Additional requirements
- Pre-bookings and arrangements of activities
- Any other queries
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT :
The check-in time is from 4 pm (Early check-in cannot be guaranteed and is subject to availability). Kindly let us know your arrival time. Check-in time at the Crowne Plaza London Kingston which is just about 5 minutes walking distance from the Hampton Suites Apartments. (The address for the Crowne Plaza London – Kingston is: Portsmouth Rd, Long Ditton, Surbiton KT6 5QQ)
Check-out time is 11 am. Late check-out can arranged, subject to availability and charges may subject to additional fees.
Hampton Suites Apartments aim to meet and exceed our customers’ expectations, firstly, by ensuring all of our guests respect other residents and their surroundings.
We therefore operate an age restriction of guests no younger than 25 years for stay shorter than 5 days. For stay longer than 5 days, min 18 years.
Please note that a valid photo ID will be required at check-in and a copy retained on file and also alongside a security deposit in the form of a card pre-authorisation (£100).
Group Bookings
For group bookings of 5 apartments or more, a separate cancellation policy applies; please contact the apartments directly for further details.
Additional guests exceeding the maximum occupancy will be subject to a penalty charge.
Rate Rules and Restrictions
At check-in, reception will verify your departure date. Rates quoted are based on check-in date and length of stay. Should you choose to depart early the rate may be subject to change.
Payment
Payment will be taken on day of arrival or as agreed.
Security Deposit
The Guest is responsible for taking all reasonable care of the apartment and its content. The Guest agrees to keep the accommodation and any of its content in the same state of repair and conditions as at the commencement of the stay. In case of damage caused by either negligence or deliberate act of vandalism by the Guest and or any accomplice guests, the card details provided for Pre-authorization / Security deposit will be used for rectifying the damage, cost of labour and loss of business to the management.
Cancellations
Reservations with length of stay up to 7 days can be cancelled up to 3 days before the day of arrival, no fee will be charged otherwise full charges apply.
7 days’ notice of cancellation is required prior to check-in for stay longer than 7 days in order to avoid charges.
Notice given within 7 days will result in a charge equal to 7 nights minus the number of days’ notice given. For example, if check-in is on 8th August and notice to cancel is given on 3rd August, then 5 days’ notice has been given and a charge of 2 nights will therefore apply (7 days – 5 days’ notice given = 2 night charge).
This policy also applies to in-house guests should a stay need to be shortened.
Extra Guest
Additional £50/person/night will apply subject to maximum occupancy allowed in the apartment.
Pets
Pets are not allowed.
