APARTMENT FIXTURES & FITTINGS:

All of our apartments come with cotton bed linen, towels & sofa bed. Fully-equipped kitchens with cutlery, crockery, pans and glassware; welcome packs (containing tea, coffee, sugar); spacious living areas; full size fridge/freezer, oven/hob, washer/dryer (one for 12 apartments in separate cabinet on 2nd floor), laundry service, microwave, kettle; hairdryer; iron & ironing board; baby cots (on request). Our rooms do not have air condition. But all rooms do have a fan which is helpful during the summer.

HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE:

As standard, our housekeeper cleans your apartment once a week. We offer a complimentary weekly housekeeping service (for stays longer than 7 days). But if you would like to cleaned more or less often, that’s absolutely fine; we will work to your needs.

Additional Housekeeping GBP 30.00 per Suite

AGE RESTRICTION:

We therefore operate an age restriction of guests no younger than 22 years.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT :

The check-in time is from 4 pm at the Crowne Plaza London Kingston Hotel which is just about 5 mins walking distance from the Hampton Suites Apartments. (The address for the Crowne Plaza London – Kingston is: Portsmouth Rd, Long Ditton, Surbiton KT6 5QQ)

Early check-in cannot be guaranteed and is subject to availability & please advise as soon as possible of any later check-in times.

Check-out time is by 11 am. Late check-out can arranged, subject to availability and charges may subject to additional fees.

Please note that a valid photo ID will be required at check-in and a copy retained on file and also alongside a security deposit of £200.00 in the form of a card pre-authorisation.

DAMAGE TO THE COMPANY’S PROPERTY

The Guest is responsible for taking all reasonable care of the apartment and its content. The Guest agrees to keep the accommodation and any of its content in the same state of repair and conditions as at the commencement of the stay. In case of damage caused by either negligence or deliberate act of vandalism by the Guest and or any accomplice guests, the card details provided for Pre-authorization / Security deposit will be used for rectifying the damage, cost of labour and loss of business to the management.

APARTMENTS KEYS

The Guest is responsible for returning the entrance keys and apartment key as given at check-in. if failing to return the keys £25.00 charges will apply.

SMOKING

Smoking is not permitted inside apartments or its premises). If guest(s) is/are found to violate this policy, there will a fine incurred of £200.00.

An additional fee may also be incurred if the apartment needs to be closed for sale due to strong cigarette smell. The additional fee may vary depending on a best available rate the apartment is being sold on that day.

LOST PROPERTY

Left property will be kept on-site by Hampton Suites Apartments for the period of two weeks. After that time if the left property is not claimed by the Guest it will be disposed.

CAR PARK

Parking is availble at the property subject to availability. Public parking is possible at a location nearby, just opposite the road (reservation is not possible) and costs GBP 4.00 per all day. (charging hours 09:00 to 18:00 Monday to Saturday, no charge on Bank Holiday).

EXTRA GUEST / NOISE

Any extra person in the apartment that is not booked it is not allowed to stay daytime or overnight. Parties, drinking, shouting or loud music is not allowed. 

PETS

Pets are not allowed.

INTERNET USAGE

All of our apartments offer Wi-Fi free of charge.

Payment Policy

If you wish to settle your account with a credit card you will be required to present the card at check-in where we will take a payment for the total cost of accommodation and also we will do a pre-authorisation for a security deposit. (*A pre-authorisation is an amount frozen in your account to cover the cost of any potential incidental items including (but not limited to): breaches of terms & conditions, breakages/damages, excessive cleaning charges above the normal level of cleaning due to the apartment being left in an unacceptable state.)

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and Alterations of Bookings

Any cancellation by you (for whatever reason) must be in writing.

The effective date of cancellation is the date on which written notification is received by us Hampton Suites Apartments (contact@hampton-suites.london).

Reservations with length of stay up to 7 days can be cancelled up to 3 days before the day of arrival, no fee will be charged.

Reservations with length of stay from 7 days onwards, 14 days notice required. If cancelled less than 14 days of arrival, charges per day up to 14 days.

If you do not arrive on the first day of the stay (no show), or if you vacate the property before the end of the rental period, we are entitled to the full rental cost from you.

Please note that during high season dates (such as New Year’s Eve or Christmas), Hampton Suites Apartments reserves the right to ask for a non-refundable deposit to be paid in advance.

Please note that changing the dates of a reservation is subject to availability and additional costs may apply.

Whilst all reasonable efforts have been taken by Hampton Suites Apartments to ensure that bookings are able to proceed, we reserve the right to relocate any booking to the accommodation of similar size and standard in special cases, such as overbooking.

In exceptional circumstances, Hampton Suites Apartments may find it necessary to cancel your booking.

If this occurs Hampton Suites Apartments will refund any amount of money the Guest has paid which shall constitute a full and final settlement of any liability
